Bones Owens
Bones Owens
Born and raised in rural Missouri, relocating to Nashville in 2005, Bones' sound blurs genre boundaries as the product of years on the road and in the studio with a variety of bands. Formerly guitarist to Yelawolf & Mikky Ekko, Bones is currently in the studio recording his third solo album.
Race To Neptune
Race To Neptune
Founded by Brian Maier (guitar/vocals) in 2015, along with Zach Berger (guitar) after meeting each other at a local bar and discovering overlapping musical interests; Race To Neptune released their first album, Oh Contraire, in 2016. At the end of 2017 Race to Neptune released the single The Phantom Deep and underwent a lineup change - taking on Matt Petersen (drums) and Matt McNear (bass). With a new rhythm section bringing different musical influences to the fold RTN had been refreshed with a newfound sense of energy and excitement and was ready to start writing again, intent on leaving their mark in the world of music.

May of 2018 brought about the release of Abandon Fashion, a gritty and raw E.P. recorded live at Stout Studios in Fort Collins. Receiving glowing reviews, the E.P. was credited as “the most stimulating, thought-provoking rock music of any band in 2018” (Mobangles), and “…the most truly ‘alternative’ rock album we’ve come across lately,” (Bandwagon Magazine); the band getting described as “a shining beacon of musical progression and experimentation run through a filter of loud, raw, and eclectic rock” (Bolderbeat). Be sure to check it out!

They have garnered many local, national and international reviews of their work and have a variety of their songs in radio rotation in North America and Europe. RTN has developed a local following that continues to spread, having played classic venues in Fort Collins such as the Aggie Theater, The Downtown Artery, and Hodi's Halfnote while also playing many shows in Denver at Herman's Hideaway, Larimer Lounge, Lost Lake, and Globe Hall, just to name a few. Aside from the local scene they have also opened up for nationally touring artists such as Sebadoh, Rubblebucket, Mo Lowda and the Humble and The Happy Fits.

2019 looks to be a promising year for Race To Neptune. Having gone back to Stout Studios to record new music at the start of the year, Race released a single on April 1st, "Satan's Circus Boots", and plans to release a second, longer EP this Fall.
